A Great Crime Noir Read

Very good read! Noir crime drama set in post World War II that follows the return of soldier Will Marks, "Lucky" as he settles back into life and a position on the police force. Wanting more than to just "ride the desk" at his department, he falls in with a private eye, Jack and the alluring Trixie. It was a compelling enough read that I didn't put it down until it was finished. Hope to read more from Lucky's case files in the future!!
